Who got the good coupons????

As you all have figured out by now, Oklahoma's coupons inserts didn't quite meet expectations. We didn't receive the Stayfree BOGO or the Nivea coupons among others we thought we might get.

But I'm choosing to look on the bright side and be happy with the $2.50 Electrasol!

I'll try to get posts updated as soon as I can.

Dr. Pepper Printable Update ~

Yesterday I posted that there was a Target printable for Dr. Pepper circulating. Well, it took until today to make the rounds but it's everywhere.

I have seen two different links for it. One is a SmartSource link that goes directly to print. Another is actually a bricks link.

Let me explain why I am warning against this coupon.

The coupon IS a valid coupon. However, the fine print on this coupon reads "this coupon is intended for use by the original recipient only". So the coupon is a valid coupon but ONLY for those who directly received it.

Using this coupon if you were not the original recipient or distributing this link would be considered fraudulent.

For long time readers, remember way back when the $4.00 Pace bricks link was circulating? Everyone thought it was legit because it was a bricks link but it turns out that the coupon was a prize for participating in a contest on the Pace website. So it was legit, but it was only valid for the "original recipient". Someone who won the contest started circulating the link.

I think this may be a case like that.

Let your conscience be your guide.

Fraudelent Dr. Pepper Coupon ~

I just wanted to give you all a head up. There is a SmartSource link for a Target coupon for $1.00 off the purchase of 12-pk 12oz Dr Pepper. The fine print on this coupon states "This coupon is intended for use by the orginal recipient only". Printing this coupon and using it if you did not recieve it directly is considered fraudelent.

Counterfeit Coupon Alert ~

Free 12 Pack of Coke products: This coupon is a Coke Rewards Offer that has been withdrawn. Sad to see this as it may mean this won’t be a reward anymore.

Free One Pack of Energizer Batteries

Free one Kozy Shack product

Free RiceWorks product (offer withdrawn): This coupon was intended for only 2,000 recipients; instead over 30,000 have been submitted for redemption. This is a perfect example of why companies should invest the time and money in using technology that prevents multiple reproductions of the coupons they issue.

Check here for a current list of counterfeit coupons. Some of the coupons included are for Reynold’s Wrap, Pampers Diapers, Velveeta, Charmin, Bounty, Colgate and more.

Thanks to Common Sense With Money for drawing our attention to these!

Counterfeit Coupon Alert ~ Pampers

**this coupon has been circulating for quite sometime but I have not yet posted it here. I wanted to make you aware since the Velveeta and Bounty seem to be resurfacing again after almost six months. This public service announcement was copied from www.cents-off.com.

COUNTERFEIT COUPON ALERT
Coupon Offer Withdrawn

Due to widespread counterfeiting, Procter & Gamble has withdrawn its FREE Pampers Jumbo Pack coupon for the offer shown below. RETAILERS should not accept this coupon under any circumstance.

Less than 16,000 of the authentic coupon were distributed; however, nearly 22,000 have been redeemed. The counterfeit coupons are being sold on a variety of websites. Procter & Gamble does not authorize the sale of any of its coupons on any non-P&G website.

CONSUMERS should be aware that any offer to sell a coupon is not authorized by Procter & Gamble and most FREE coupons offered for sale are in fact counterfeits. Counterfeiting is a fraud against Consumers, Retailers and P&G.

Since the real coupon has not yet expired, there are individuals who may have valid FREE Pampers Jumbo Pack (diaper counts from 13 to 50 diapers/pack) coupons in their possession. Upon request and verification, Procter & Gamble will replace authentic, unaltered coupons with a coupon of equal or greater value. Authentic coupons may be sent to the address below. Attempts to submit counterfeit coupons may result in civil or criminal prosecution.

Procter & Gamble
2150 Sunnybrook Drive DEPT #77261
Cincinnati, OH 45237

Please note, we must receive the physical coupons in order to validate authenticity. For help in confirming your coupon is not counterfeit please call 1-800-937-7327.

Suspicious Printable Coupon ALERT!

I would personally advise you NOT to print this coupon for $2 off got2be styling product. See how fuzzy it looks? And the web address looks suspicious to me. I'd bet money this is a reproduction.
