Crest Foods: HOT Chicken Deal ~

Receive this update from Linda G. today:

Ran into Crest today for just a couple of things...didn't even have my q's with me. In the freezer case that is right in the front, they had 2.25 lb. bags of Tyson fully cooked Sweet Chili Ginger Chicken Breasts. There are about 10 breasts in the bag, not huge, but not small either. They were only $1.99 a bag.

Also they do have a buggy full of Ziploc freezer bags that are .99...which they have fairly often, but these were "bonus" boxes with more bags per box.

Thanks for sharing Linda!

Crest Foods - Some great deals!!

Ok, here's the scoop on Crest Foods. They do not want me publishing their store wide prices. I have tried to negotiate with them but they feel that if they let me come in and write down prices and publish, then they will have to let everyone and that could open a can of worms. So true to my word, I will not publish a weekly list for Crest. However, I will share with you, from one friend to another, the great deals I find on items I ACTUALLY BUY for my family.

This week was awesome!

They have the specially marked Kellogg's cereals that you need for this rebate. They're priced at 3/$10 so after you submit the rebate, they'll be FREE!!

Crest Deals No Longer Published at Simple Saving Savvy ~

Effective immediately, I will no longer publish deals for Crest Foods at Simple Saving Savvy.

Crest Foods published a full page ad with coupons for Kraft in the Oklahoman today.

I went to Crest tonight specifically to check the current prices on the coupon items so I could inform you. While I was there I thought I'd also bring you a midweek sales update to help you plan better.

I was there for about 20 minutes when I was stopped by two employees. They asked me what I was doing and I explained. They informed me that it was against their policy. They said they have had people from the "competition" come in scouting prices and the management has alerted all employees to "nip it in the bud" if they see it.

I gave them my Simple Saving Savvy card and asked them to pass it along to the manager and to please have him/her call me. I will also follow up.

I shop at Crest every Monday. In fact, I do the bulk of my shopping there. I will not jeopardize the privilege of shopping at Crest Foods nor risk my testimony and professional reputation just to publish deals. If gathering and publishing deals is against their policy, then I will abide by it.

If you all would like to continue to see deals for Crest Foods published on Simple Saving Savvy then please take a moment to call and let them know. You may call (405) 330-8100 and ask to speak to Kevin Jones, Jeff Oakes or Bruce Harroz. Let them know how beneficial it has been to have deals posted on Simple Saving Savvy and that you would like to see the deals continue.

Crest Coupons in today's Oklahoman ~

You won't believe it but the My Edmond section of today's (Wednesday) Oklahoman has an ad for Crest! I'm sure your paper has one too since all the Crest locations are advertised in this one.

It isn't a standard ad BUT it does have Kraft coupons!

The coupons are valid 9/16 - 9/22. They are the same coupons featured in the Buy for Less ad last week but I think we can rest assured that Crest will also offer some pretty great deals in conjunction with these coupons.

I don't think I'll be able to get over to Crest today and check out the prices so if anyone else finds amazing deals, please share!
