Target - Credit for reusable shopping bags?

I read over at Money Saving Madness that Target is giving credit for reusable shopping bags. Supposedly, you just bring in your own bags and they will give you a $0.05 credit for each one. Your cashier will scan a red sticker near the register with a UPC to give you your bag credit. If you can confirm this in the Oklahoma region, please leave a comment!

This may motivate me to actually REMEMBER to bring my reusable bags into the store!
