I think the Swiss Tea Rebate is either for (3) $1.50 coupons or refund of purchase price minus the $1 coupon amount. If that were the case, it wouldn't make sense to ask for a refund of the purchase price because the refund would be for only $0.25 (and you would lose money on the stamp). It would make sense however to opt for the (3) $1.50 coupons since that would make them free.
