Guess who I saw at Homeland today?

Wendy!

Who's Wendy? you ask.

Well, YOU probably don't personally know Wendy, then maybe again you do. I didn't know her until today...when I met her at Homeland.

I was strolling down the aisles looking for more deals to pass along to you when I saw another lady perusing the aisles as well. I happened to glance into her cart and there IT was...her BRIGHT NEON PINK coupon binder!

So I just HAD to comment. Once the comment was out, the conversation just took off from there.

As it turns out, Wendy is a believer and has only been couponing for a few months. She is impassioned and excited about her new found hobby.

And she uses Simple Saving Savvy...what a gal!

But the BEST part is about Wendy's husband...guess who he is?

Well, have you noticed all the wonderful Kraft tearpads that have been making their appearance around Homeland lately? Wendy's husband is responsible for those!

He happens to be the Kraft rep for the Homeland at Bryant and Danforth and since Wendy has been couponing, he has been learning how important coupons are to us and how much more product he moves by making these offers more visible to us.

Smart guy!

So to Wendy's husband, the friendly Kraft coupon guy, thank you from the readers of Simple Saving Savvy...from the bottom of our hearts and pocketbooks, we are grateful!

Oh, and on a side note, not only is Wendy's husband our friendly Kraft coupon guy, but he is also a co-founder of a ministry whose overall goal is "to bring all men together, breaking down denominational walls. To teach men to put GOD first, pray and hold each other accountable for their actions. Helping them to envision their family the way God envisioned it, encouraging them to take charge of their family, values, and leave a legacy for generations to come." They're still working on the website but check it out:
